CHARLOTTE – The Collective, an apartment community adjacent to the NoDa and Villa Heights neighborhoods, will open its leasing center on May 13.
Developed by Ram Realty Advisors, The Collective is a new mixed-use community with studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units at 2300 North Davidson St. It is less than two blocks from the 25th Street Station.
In addition to the 250-unit building, the community contains over 18,000 square feet of retail space.
Current tenants include Free Range Brewing, a neighborhood gathering spot since 2015 and the recently opened Rhino Market & Deli. Core 704 and Mimosas Nail Bar will open later this summer.
The Collective is launching an artist in residence project later this month, an opportunity for creatives to share their passion with The Collective community while living rent-free for a year.
“The Collective’s unique appeal is just as intriguing as the neighborhood,” says David Klepser, Ram Realty Advisor’s vice president of the Carolinas. “It’s well-positioned in a vibrant, walkable area known for its eclectic cultural vibe.”
The Collective boasts amenities such as a co-work lounge, pool and outdoor lounge, pet wash room, record lounge, 24-hour fitness center with yoga studio, bike room and a makerspace for DIY projects.
