CHARLOTTE – Reid’s Fine Foods has signed a lease for a 2,613-square-foot space opening this summer in the first floor of The Duke Energy Center, according to Childress Klein.
It will have a butcher shop, deli, fresh foods section and wine bar, as well as feature on-the-go meals and dine-in options.
This marks the fourth location in Charlotte. Reid’s has stores in Myers Park (2823 Selwyn Ave.), SouthPark (4331 Barclay Downs Drive) and Uptown (121 W. Trade St.).
“Charlotte’s unprecedented growth allows us to continue to expand our operations here,” Managing Partner for Reid’s Tom Coker said. “We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue to be a part of the community and deliver exceptional food products while being in the center of everything.”
Charles Thrift, with Childress Klein, represented Reid’s in the transaction. Susan Clements, with Childress Klein, represented the landlord. Visit www.childressklein.com for details.
