CHARLOTTE – Executive Chef Luca Annunziata will prepare a four-course meal for two with a champagne toast and chocolate-covered strawberries on Valentine’s Day at Holiday Inn Charlotte Center City.
Begin dinner with an amuse-bouche, followed by an appetizer. Select from entrees like Grilled Filet and Lobster Tail, Pan Seared Duck Breast, Veal Chop, Pan Seared U10 Diver Scallops, Seafood Cioppino or Bucatini. End the evening with a dessert.
Annunziata brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the hotel, located at 230 N. College St. His background includes stints in Switzerland, London, Germany, France and Italy.
