CHARLOTTE – Disability Rights & Resources hosts its popular Super Sleuth Mystery Theatre with a murder mystery parody of the 1980s television series, “The Love Boat”.
Ports of Call will all be in Hawaii, so for this seventh annual production, “The Love-ly Boat,” many attendees will join in the fun by dressing up to coordinate with the theme.
Disability Rights & Resources advocates and serves as mentors for people with disabilities in Mecklenburg, Gaston, Cabarrus and Union counties. The fundraiser supports the nonprofit’s “My Home, My Choice” program, which has transitioned 147 families, including over 250 children, into improved living situations.
Doors open at 6 p.m. Sept. 23 at the Levine Jewish Community Center, 5700 Providence Road. Tickets cost $25 and includes desserts and beverages. Raffle prizes round out the evening.
