SwimMAC CEO/Director of Coaching David Marsh recently announced the hiring of Brandon “BD” Drawz as the club’s executive director.
Drawz will oversee all “dry-side” operations of the 35-year-old club and work to strengthen infrastructure.
“BD is going to provide a great level of leadership and know-how for all of our staff and membership,” Marsh said in a SwimMAC statement. “His experience in this area is extensive and uniquely qualifies him for this role. He brings a fresh look at what we have going on and will be able to make an immediate impact on all of our operations.”
Drawz arrives from Mt. Hood Aquatics in Gresham, Ore. where he was the executive director and coach since 2004. Additionally, Drawz was the assistant athletics director for Mt. Hood Community College from 2004 to 2011. He was responsible for day-to-day operations for Oregon’s most comprehensive and largest aquatics center.
