CHARLOTTE – Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees are raising money to help child cancer survivor Braylon Beam in honor of National Brain Tumor Awareness Month.
Beam is raising money for his newly formed Bring It 4 Braylon Foundation, which helps alleviate the burden associated with pediatric cancer by providing support to people in the Charlotte area fighting the disease.
Dunkin’ Donuts will donate 50 cents for each Braylon-inspired doughnut sold through May 20. The doughnut, which has white icing with blue-icing drizzle, was specially designed for the Charlotte-metro restaurants.
“We are so honored that the local franchisees chose our foundation, and are giving back to the community in such a big way,” said Jesse Beam, Braylon’s father.
