Jacob’s Ladder needs emergency help

Jacob’s Ladder Job Center, which helps the unemployed and underemployed in Charlotte, needs to raise $200,000 by Aug. 15.

The center needs the money to keep their core programs that serve the unemployed and to avoid layoffs. It recently missed out on key fundraising and grant opportunities due to a transition in staff, and needs help to get by.
